The Key To Rapid Fitness & Rapid Weight Loss

We all want to be fit and at a healthy weight. However, for many people throughout the world this seems to be something that is unachievable, or at least unable to be maintained. However, in reality all it really takes is the right knowledge and putting that knowledge into action and you can rapidly achieve greater levels of fitness and healthy weight loss.

Rather than beat around the bush let me tell you my fitness / weight loss secret in just 3 words...TOTAL BODY WORKOUT. Yes, you may or may not have heard that term before, but regardless of that fact this is the single fastest and most effective way to both get fit and lose weight, assuming that you're also eating a healthy, well balanced diet consisting of high levels of protein rich foods, and also raw foods.
So what is a total body workout? Well, put simply it is a high intensity resistance training workout for your whole body that you do in one session. Why resistance? Well, because resistance training builds lean muscle and by working out the entire body in this way at high intensity, we not only increase calorie burning lean muscle en masse, but we also increase our cardiovascular fitness.
Now I'm not talking about spending hours in the gym at a time either. Just 30-40 solid minutes 3 times per week is all it takes to facilitate a massive transformation both physically and also mentally. So how do you get started? Well, the best way is to participate in circuit training at your local gym. Most gyms have weight machines that form part of an organized circuit. Just find out the schedule and join the appropriate class for your level of fitness and away you go.
